Healing Begins Here

Our Services
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
As your therapist, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach to support your growth. This means we'll work together to explore any unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that may be getting in the way of how you want to feel or live, while also creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and truly understood. I won’t tell you what to think or do—instead, I’ll guide you in discovering your own insights and making meaningful changes at your own pace. The process is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on what matters most to you.
Counseling for Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in many different ways: you might notice racing thoughts, constant worry, trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, or physical symptoms like a tight chest, rapid heartbeat, or feeling on edge. It can also affect your relationships, make decisions feel overwhelming, or leave you feeling like you’re stuck in your own head. Together, we’ll explore what triggers your anxiety, helping you build insight, self-compassion, and tools for feeling more grounded and in control.
Counseling for Depression
Depression can show up in many ways, such as low energy, a sense of hopelessness, difficulty finding motivation, changes in sleep or appetite, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You might also struggle with self-criticism or feel like you’ve lost interest in things that once mattered. I see you as more than your symptoms, and I trust in your capacity to grow and heal. We’ll work together to gently explore your previous experiences and move toward greater self-understanding, connection, and emotional relief—at a pace that feels right for you.
Counseling for Trauma
When working through past trauma, I approach our sessions with great care, patience, and respect for your unique experiences. I’m mindful of how trauma can affect the body, mind, and sense of safety—often showing up as hypervigilance, emotional numbness, flashbacks, shame, or difficulty trusting others. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, trusting relationship where you feel fully seen and not pressured to share more than you’re ready for. I follow your lead, supporting you at your own pace as we gently explore the impact of your trauma and begin to reconnect with your sense of self, inner strength, and resilience. My role is to walk beside you, not to push or fix, but to help you feel more whole and empowered in your healing journey.
Counseling for Postpartum & Motherhood
Motherhood is one of the most challenging and yet rewarding experiences a woman can go through—and it’s completely normal to feel a wide range of emotions as you navigate it. Whether you're in the early postpartum weeks or further along in your parenting journey, you might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or even grieving the version of yourself you knew before. These experiences are real and valid, and you don’t have to go through them alone. I’ll support you in making sense of your experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and finding your footing as you adjust to the profound changes that come with motherhood.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness and meditation can be powerful tools for creating a healthier, more balanced life—especially when you’re navigating challenges like trauma, anxiety, or depression. These practices help you slow down, tune into the present moment, and develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. Over time, this awareness can create space between you and the overwhelming feelings or automatic reactions that often come with emotional distress. In our work together, I may introduce simple, accessible mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected to yourself. Whether it’s learning to breathe through anxious moments, reconnect with your body after trauma, or find stillness in the midst of a busy mind, these tools can support your healing process and help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
